Now we are looking for you who are passionate, driven and love to give guests experiences beyond the ordinary. To provide high quality service and meet the guest's needs before they even arrive at the hotel by recommending all the hotel's facilities and creating added value for the guest experience comes naturally to you. You like to work in teams and independently and help where needed at the hotel. You can work flexibly both mornings, evenings and weekends.
You will be part of a wonderful team where together we create a fantastic workplace and meeting place for our guests. You treat yourself, are engaged to colleagues and guests at the hotel and are close to laughter and mischief.
Your role means that you can be the first or the last guest you meet and therefore it is extremely important that you are always on your toes and exceed the guests' expectations so that they become good ambassadors for the hotel.
You will work with our PMS (Property Management System) Cenium and various other operating systems within the hotel on a daily basis. Previous experience using cenium is highly valued, but not essential. Experience working in a hotel or hostel is also highly valued, but also not essential.

What we offer you is a role where you work as a Service Crew - Guest Service/Reception but can also work in other departments at the hotel and spread your passion. The role we offer is a contracted position with a work load of a minimum of 20%, where your primary shifts will be every second Saturday and Sunday.
